The Meridian degree programs engaged in this collaboration are:
- Integral MBA in Creative Enterprise
- M.A. in Psychology
- Ph.D. in Psychology (meets the educational requirements for psychologist licensure)
- M.Ed. in Educational Leadership
- Ed.D in Organizational Leadership
Coursework Time/Academic Credits
The M.A. and Ph.D. in Psychology involve two- and four-years of coursework, respectively. The M.Ed. and MBA involve two years of coursework, while the Ed.D. involves three years of coursework.
Students enrolled both at Meridian and Ten Directions can substitute 120 Integral Facilitator class hours for 12 quarter credits of Meridian coursework during the academic year in which they are participating in the Integral Facilitator training.
In addition to engaging in the training, earning Meridian course credit entails completing reading and writing assignments that amplify concepts and principles emphasized at each of the three Integral Facilitator training sessions.
The learning formats at Meridian University make graduate education accessible to non-traditional students with family and professional commitments. Students in the Ten Directions program will participate in Meridian's programs, consisting of online learning and residential sessions.
