Panel on Human Development, Learning and Personal Transformation

Panel conversation with Zachary Stein, Matthew Rich-Tolsma, Theo Dawson and Zachary Van Rossum

This conversation will focus on new ideas about human development, learning, and personal transformation. In particular, we will explore the importance of thinking about the human capacities developmentally and dynamically, especially for coaches, teachers, and other human development professionals. We will also begin to explore new technologies that allow for the multi-purpose use of embedded developmental assessments, which merge theory and practice about development to catalyze unprecedented transformations of thought and skill.

Zachary Stein, co-founder of Lectica, Inc., published writer, and soon to join Core Faculty at Meridian University;

Matthew Rich-Tolsma is an Outreach Coordinator, a trainee analyst, and resident pedagogue at Lectica, Inc.;

Theo Dawson is the founder and managing director of Lectica, Inc., a professional presenter, and the author of numerous articles, book chapters and papers on issues related to human development;

Zachary Van Rossum is an educator, researcher, coach and expert in the science of human development, and has worked with leaders around the world to help improve performance and overcome complex problems.

  • Terri O'Fallon, a partner of Pacific Integral, a researcher, teacher, coach, spiritual director and designer of transformative containers;
  • Venita Ramirez, a Pacific Integral partner of Pacific Integral since 2006, coaches, trains and consults with individuals.
