- Three Letters of Recommendation

Please fill out all sections of the Admissions Application Form regardless of any transcripts you are sending or resumé you attach.
Personal Statement
In your personal statement (five to seven double-spaced pages in length) please tell us about the formative and significant experiences of your life and how these have influenced you in choosing Psychology, Business, Education, or the Arts as a vocation and profession. Consider that periods of life and career transition contribute significantly to self awareness. What is it about you as a learner that will enable you to benefit from Meridian’s degree program? Further, tell us about any work experiences you may have had which relate to Psychology, Business, Education, or the Arts and the vision you have of your future as a professional. If you feel that the personal statement does not sufficiently demonstrate your writing skills, you may wish to enclose an additional writing sample of not more than seven pages.
Official Academic Transcripts
The following official academic transcripts are required for application:
- For Graduate Degree Programs official academic transcripts from all post-secondary institutions from which you earned 12 or more quarter units.
- For the B.A. Completion Program all official academic transcripts from secondary institutions.
Letters of Recommendation
Three Admissions Recommendation Forms and accompanying letters of recommendation are required for application. Recommendations should be sought from individuals who can respond to your readiness for a degree program in Psychology, Business, Education, or the Arts. If possible, you should include recommendations from persons familiar with your academic and if applicable, clinical background.
Prospective students are notified when the admissions department has received their completed application package. After a review of application materials, selected applicants are invited to an admissions interview.
